Product information
JET Air Motion Transformer tweeter
Delivering true high-definition sound, ELAC's JET tweeters captivate with lightning-fast response and wide dynamic range, offering minimal distortion, high headroom and a wide frequency range. The ELAC JET tweeter is one of the most legendary tweeters in the industry, gaining international recognition for its transparent and lightweight sound image.
Aluminum woofer with complex curvature
To complement the prowess of the JET tweeter and ensure a smooth transition from the woofer, an innovative compound curvature cone was developed. Its purpose is to effectively manage cone decay, extending it well beyond the woofer's operating range. To further extend the driver's capabilities, a large voice coil and a large ventilated pole magnet have been integrated to provide exceptional bass dynamics and reliable, powerful performance.
Low-frequency phase inverter
The Carina Series phase inverter is designed to extend out from the bottom of the speaker cabinet, allowing for greater flexibility in speaker placement and reducing ventilation noise.
Acoustically optimized enclosures
Each Carina cabinet undergoes rigorous engineering design, with sturdy MDF exterior walls and an elegant satin finish. Strategically placed internal stiffeners reinforce the structural integrity of the enclosure, minimizing vibrations that can otherwise distort sound and introduce unwanted coloration.
