A11 Tribute Silver

The A11 Tribute integrated amplifier was developed by Rotel in collaboration with hi-fi audio legend Ken Ishiwata. Taking as a basis a device that was awarded the EISA award as the best in its class, Ishiwata proposed a variant of its modification to make the sound of this very successful device even better. However, unfortunately, the maestro of the Hi-Fi industry did not live to see the start of serial production of this amplifier. Therefore, Rotel management decided to release this model under the name A11 Tribute in memory of the work done by Ken Ishiwata and to commemorate his contribution to the development of hi-fi.

The Rotel A11 Tribute operates in class A/B and develops a power of 50 W per channel (with a load impedance of 8 ohms). According to Ishiwata's design concept for the Rotel A11 Tribute, specially selected, improved components were selected to provide higher sound quality. In the final stage, all 10 capacitors and two resistors were replaced, and six capacitors in the preamp circuit were upgraded—a total of more than 50% of all components in the signal path. All six capacitors in the volume control circuit were also replaced with improved ones. The amplifier's power supply uses an enlarged toroidal transformer of Rotel's own production, which, in combination with powerful output transistors, ensures reliable operation of the device even with complex speaker systems. The amplifier has outputs for connecting two pairs of speakers.

Special damping materials have been added to the Rotel A11 Tribute chassis design to reduce its resonances and vibrations within the chassis. Upgraded components and careful tuning of all audio-critical circuits provide a richer, more expressive, and more realistic source experience. In addition to four line inputs, the Rotel A11 Tribute is equipped with Bluetooth with aptX and AAC support, as well as an MM phono preamplifier for a turntable.

The front-panel graphic display and IR remote control provide easy control of the Rotel A11 Tribute.
