Product information
The Unison Research Triode 25 is built according to the classic three-stage scheme: each of its channels uses two specially selected EL34 tubes at the output, an ECC82 in the phase shifter and an ECC83 in the amplifier. The device is equipped with four linear inputs, outputs for connecting a recording device and a subwoofer. As a volume control, a precision potentiometer with an electric drive is used, and the Triode 25 is equipped with a remote control, from which other Unison Research components can be controlled.
An interesting feature of this model is the presence of two switches: with the help of one of them, the Triode 25 can be switched to triode (power of 25 W per channel) or pentode (2 x 45 W) modes, and with the help of the other - to change the amplification factor. The Triode 25 is also equipped with an arrow indicator of the offset current of the output lamps and the corresponding regulators, which allow the user to set the optimum offset value with high accuracy as the lamps age or are replaced.
