H5 Portable Black
Description
Shanling has added the H5 to its new line of portable DACs/amplifiers. After the release of the high-end H7 model, Shanling has released a lower-end model. It is a bit more compact and lighter for easier carrying, but it is equipped with high-quality components. The audio circuitry of the H5 was inspired by the M6 Ultra and should provide a nice warm and smooth sound.

With its reduced size (only 102 × 85 × 25 mm) and lighter weight (270 g), the H5 is the smallest of Shanling's portable DACs/amplifiers, making it even more practical.
All your music directly on the H5
With the addition of a MicroSD memory card slot, the H5 is able to play directly losslessly in the highest quality and without any cables or Bluetooth signal degradation. Simply connect the H5 to our Eddict Player app to gain full control of your music library.
AKM AK4493SEQ dual DAC
The H5 uses the same DACs found in our beloved M6 Ultra portable player. Providing a pure focus on smooth sound, with everything presented in a pleasantly warm and simply convenient way.
Hi-Fi grade USB input
With a new generation of highly acclaimed USB chipsets (XMOS XU316), providing a high-quality digital input for the H5. The 16-core audio solution provides asynchronous connectivity for high quality audio and full support for Hi-Res playback of PCM, DSD and MQA files.
Headphone amplifier
Using a pair of TI TPA6120A2s accompanied by carefully selected ELNA SILMIC IIs and Panasonic capacitors. With an adjusted setting to emphasize the overall warm sound of the H5.
Three levels of gain
Standard 3.5mm single-ended and balanced 4.4mm headphone output for easy compatibility. Offers three levels of amplifier gain to ensure perfect matching with a wide range of headphones.
