The Pro-Ject T1 BT vinyl player has a classic design and, at a very affordable price, has high reliability and high-quality sound. The model is made on a solid full-size chassis with good anti-resonance characteristics, and reliable supports provide the necessary damping. The player is equipped with a dust cover.
The Pro-Ject T1 BT features a 8mm thick polished tempered glass support disc. This disc is resistant to resonances and has enough mass to maintain a stable rotation speed of the record. The main disk is installed on the sub-disk, which is connected to the engine pulley by means of a pulley. This decision made the appearance of the Pro-Ject T1 BT neat, and the beehive provided a good separation from the engine. The thrust bearing is made of high precision steel and has very little runout and vibration. Additionally, the kit includes a mat for a damping disk.
The player is equipped with a lightweight aluminum tonearm 8.6 inches long. The tonearm has an integrated shell on which an Ortofon OM5 E pickup with elliptical needle sharpening is installed. The presence of a standard mount allows you to install it on a player and cartridge of another model.
The Pro-Ject T1 BT is equipped with a built-in phono equalizer, and in order to eliminate unnecessary switching and related possible interference and distortion, it has two pairs of RCA sockets on the back panel - for line and phono outputs. At the same time, the delivery set includes a high-quality inter-block cable that can be used for both types of connection. And the BT index in the name of this model indicates that it is additionally equipped with a Bluetooth module. It allows you to transmit the signal to various compatible devices - for example, Bluetooth headphones or active speakers, including soundbars. So even music lovers new to vinyl can easily connect the Pro-Ject T1 BT using this wireless connection. And in the future, by connecting the player with the help of a cable to the appropriate amplifier or AV-receiver, you can further improve the sound quality of the music.
