This easy-to-use turntable plays records at 33-1/3 and 45 rpm and, in addition to Bluetooth wireless technology, features a built-in phono preamp switch that allows you to connect the turntable to your home stereo system, powered speakers or other component, with or without a dedicated phono preamp.
At the heart of the AT-LP70XBT is a first-class phono preamplifier that delivers unparalleled, highly accurate sound. Based on Audio-Technica's advanced cartridge design expertise, the AT-VM95C is a versatile, high-performance cartridge that other players in this class simply cannot match. Integrated into a J-shaped tonearm, the AT-VM95C cartridge with a 0.6mm tapered needle provides excellent channel separation and low distortion for superior tonal quality. To further personalize your vinyl listening experience, this cartridge can be easily replaced with any other cartridge (elliptical, microliner or Shibata) from our VM95 series, offering unprecedented customization options for this category of turntable.
To maximize sound quality, the AT-LP70XBT features a three-piece anti-resonance chassis that provides a solid foundation for suppressing unwanted noise and improving sound quality. The included AC power adapter further reduces noise levels as the AC/DC converter is placed on the outside of the chassis to limit any adverse noise.
