Bakermat is a Dutch DJ, producer, and musician whose real name is Lodewijk Fluttert. Known for blending deep house, house, nu-disco, and electronic music, he has developed a signature sound that incorporates live instruments—especially the saxophone—into uplifting dance productions.

Bakermat rose to international prominence with his 2012 EP Vandaag, whose lead track, built around a speech by Martin Luther King Jr., became a global hit under the title One Day (Vandaag). He has since released a string of successful singles, including Teach Me, Living, Baby, and Baianá, earning chart success across Europe and performing at major music festivals worldwide.
