The SL-1000R chassis is an engineering masterpiece: a multi-layer "sandwich" of aluminum casting, steel and heavy damping material, mounted on anti-vibration feet that completely isolate the system from external vibrations.

The S-shaped tonearm is made of high-rigidity magnesium alloy and features precision bearings for microscopically accurate pickup. Height, anti-skating and contact force adjustments allow you to customize the turntable for any MC or MM cartridge.
