The Solidsteel SS-5 is a bookshelf speaker stand. It has a sturdy construction that can withstand the heavy weight of the devices.
The model has 3 tubular supports topped with convex steel tips, in which precision ball bearings are used to decouple the chassis and shelf. By removing the spikes, you can fill the pipes with lead or sand to create greater stability and reduce vibration. For reliable fastening of the speaker housings to the MDF shelves, double-sided Velcro "Blue-Tak" is included with the stands.
Solidsteel SS-5 has a stylish design that will fit into any interior, whether it is a house or a recording studio. The height of the stand, taking into account anti-resonance supports, is 525 mm. The tubular frame makes it possible to fill the legs of the stand with a filler that will provide damping and insulation with shelves, which, unlike the frame, are made of MDF and have internal dimensions of 190 x 190 mm. The use of exceptionally durable materials ensures a long service life.
