The S5 series is an advanced line of hi-fi racks from SolidSteel. These sleek models are some of the most advanced products in their catalog: a great solution for passionate enthusiasts who really want to reduce vibrations on their devices.
Every detail of their design has been carefully considered: duralumin cones of the exact same shape as in the Series Six are used for acoustic decoupling. The bottom shelf can be replaced with a Model B, mounted on its own supports, and this configuration can be used for additional power amplifier decoupling. The Series Five stands easily accommodate a wide variety of audio systems, as their heights are chosen to maximize damping, space utilization, and load balance.
All surfaces are neatly finished, welds are carefully sealed, and shelves are made of thick (19 mm) high-density MDF.
