Description

Turn 7 is a turntable that you can recognize immediately: a transparent acrylic disc with blue LED backlighting, an external drive belt along the body, a laconic black body with a piano finish. But behind the visual expressiveness is a serious HiFi stuffing: a decentralized DC motor with a belt drive, a carbon tonearm with VTA adjustment, an Ortofon 2M Red included and a built-in phono equalizer with a USB output for digitization. Reloop Turn 7 is for those who care about both how it sounds and how it looks.

Turn 7 uses a belt drive with a decentralized DC motor - it is physically removed to the side of the disc, which minimizes the transmission of mechanical vibrations to the tonearm. A flat drive belt runs along the outer perimeter of the acrylic disc, which is both a constructive and aesthetic solution. Two speeds are supported: 33 1/3 and 45 rpm with switching by a rotary start/stop switch.

The Turn 7 disc is made of solid acrylic glass. Acrylic was not chosen by chance: due to its antistatic properties, it does not accumulate a charge and does not attract dust, and therefore allows you to play records without a rubber mat - the acrylic itself is a contact surface. Precise milling guarantees perfect horizontality and no play. The built-in indirect backlight with blue LEDs and a diffuser is turned on with a separate button on the rear panel - the muted flickering under the disc turns the player into a real accent in any interior.

The Turn 7 straight tonearm is made of carbon fiber - a material with an excellent combination of rigidity and the ability to dampen its own resonances. Height adjustment (VTA) in the range of -2 to +4 mm allows you to precisely adjust the angle of attack of the needle. Anti-skating is adjustable in the range of 0-4 g. The permissible cartridge weight (with headshell) is 7.2-11.2 g. Connection - according to the SME standard.

The kit includes an Ortofon 2M Red, already installed on the headshell. This is a classic entry-level 2M series. To get started, you just need to set the counterweight - and the player is ready.

Turn 7 has a built-in phono equalizer with switching between Phono and Line modes: you can connect it directly to an amplifier, without an external phono equalizer. There is also a USB output for digitizing vinyl via PC or Mac - convenient for those who want to transfer their collection to a digital archive.

The chassis is made of solid MDF with a "black piano" finish. Adjustable aluminum shock-absorbing feet effectively isolate the player from vibrations of the stand and floor. Gold-plated audio connectors minimize signal loss and are protected from oxidation.
