MASSIVE DESIGN
The Pro-Ject X1 B is equipped with an MDF chassis that is resistant to resonances due to its considerable weight. A heavy acrylic disc with zero resonances is mounted on it. This eliminates the need for an additional mat. The Pro-Ject X1 B has height-adjustable aluminum feet with TPE shock absorber.
QUIET AND STABLE DRIVE
The Pro-Ject X1 B model uses improved mechanical isolation of the drive. This solution allows the turntable to operate silently. The motor is connected to a speed stabilization circuit. The Pro-Ject X1 B is equipped with an electronic speed switch for ease of use.
ALUMINUM AND CARBON FIBER TONEARM
The Pro-Ject X1 B's tonearm is made of carbon fiber and aluminum. The tonearm uses an integrated seam to eliminate resonances. The counterweight is damped with TPE. As a result, the turntable's tonearm is fully protected against vibrations. The tonearm gimbal is equipped with low-friction bearings, which ensures the most accurate tracking. The tonearm can be adjusted for different cartridge models - it has azimuth angle and VTA adjustment
