The result was an extraordinary player that had never been seen before. Pro-Ject managed to keep the key aspects of the design and combined it with high quality materials. The table is made of MDF, which is the perfect base. The axis of the heavy, aluminum, stainless steel auxiliary plate is in a bronze sleeve. A flat silicone belt provides a connection to the AC motor for a stable speed.
A tonearm with low resonance and a completely new design is certainly one of the main advantages of this player. The combination of black aluminum parts and acrylic attracts attention. The Pick it PRO Special Edition cartridge is tuned to the whole concept and delivers the rich sound you expect from a Dark Side Of The Moon player.
