The stylish CNC-machined housing, available in High Gloss Black, Satin White or Walnut finishes, contains no plastic parts and is carefully manufactured to ensure there are no cavities inside, avoiding unwanted vibrations within the housing.
Following this design philosophy, the glass disk is also a heavyweight, zero-resonance design - again avoiding the drawbacks of plastic or lightweight steel alternatives. Finally, the player's specially matched feet also do a good job of isolating the T1 EVO from ambient vibrations around your hi-fi system.
In the T1 EVO, the motor drives a belt attached to a new larger sub-disc that is mounted in an ultra-precise 0.001mm main bearing with a hardened steel axle and brass bushing.
With a straight effective length of 8.6 inches and a rigid aluminum construction, the one-piece tonearm also features low-friction bearings for absolute precision in use.
Supplied with an Ortofon OM 10 Moving Magnet cartridge equipped with an elliptical diamond needle tip, this is a true Hi-Fi playback system without cutting corners.
