Pro-Ject Perspective is the "Final Edition" of the legendary player with a rich history, the number is limited to 400 devices and is sold with a personal certificate of the owner.
The Pro-Ject 1 and 2 were major milestones in minimalist design and sound quality, but designed for the entry-level HiFi market. One of our most important Pro-Ject products was the first high-end player in the 90s: the Pro-Ject 6.9 and the Pro-Ject 6.9 Perspective. With these players, Pro-Ject changed the "rules of the game" and started following a new philosophy:
The design is quite simple, but effective: the tonearm and the plate are mounted on an auxiliary chassis, which is isolated from the main chassis by means of springs. Therefore, vibrations cannot spread to the needle and affect sound reproduction. In addition, the motor is isolated from the cartridge, and vibration cannot affect the listening process. The result is a more open and rhythmic sound.
