Friendly control interface will ensure comfortable control and fast pace, the start/stop button is located on the left, while the pace control is on the right. The direct drive mechanism provides high torque as a result of stable rotation and exceptional control. The player can achieve a starting torque of approximately 4.5 kg/cm and can reach its fixed rotation speed within 0.3 seconds (at 33 1/3 revolutions per minute).
The player is extremely resistant to vibrations, this is achieved by casting zinc under the chassis in the upper part of the player and strengthening the lower part. The tonearm is also notable for its build quality and design. The player provides a wide range of tempo adjustments from ± 8% and ± 16% to ± 50%. The Pioneer PLX-1000 is equipped with a detachable power cable and audio cable for greater convenience.
