Thanks to its own low-noise power transformers and smoothing capacitors, the TX-RZ30 reproduces frequencies from 5 Hz to 100 kHz - a range that goes far beyond the limits of human auditory perception, but directly affects the feeling of the body and the spatial depth of sound. Each of the 9 channels of the class A/B amplifier delivers 100 watts into an 8 ohm load - power that will cope with both a quiet atmospheric scene and the dynamic peak of a blockbuster with equal ease.
A full Dirac Live Room Correction Full Bandwidth license is included out of the box - it corrects the entire frequency range from 20 Hz to 20 kHz for both music and movies. The system analyzes the acoustic characteristics of the room and forms an individual correction filter. An additional paid upgrade to Dirac Live Bass Control is available with support for two independent outputs for subwoofers.
THX Certified Select ensures consistent reference sound for music, movies, games and surround sound. Dolby Atmos and IMAX Enhanced support deliver object-oriented sound as the director intended. DTS:X completes the triad of formats, so the TX-RZ30 doesn’t leave any current standard behind.
Six HDMI 2.1a inputs and two eARC-enabled outputs support 8K/60 and 4K/120 resolutions at up to 40Gbps. Gaming VRR and ALLM reduce latency and eliminate frame tearing, so the TX-RZ30 is just as natural in the cinema as it is at the gaming table.
The TX-RZ30 supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Apple AirPlay, Chromecast, Sonos with volume control, as well as streaming services Amazon HD Music, TIDAL, Deezer and Spotify. Control is available via a wireless remote, mobile app, Google Assistant and Siri voice commands, and RS-232 for integration into automation systems. Klipsch Optimized Mode sets precise crossover values for Klipsch Reference Premier speakers—a handy feature for those building a system with these speakers.
