Description
AV-receiver Onkyo TX-NR7100 is a shortened copy of the previous model of receiver Onkyo TX-RZ740, the main differences are that the multi-channel output to the power amplifier has been removed from the new model. The Onkyo TX-NR7100 has a nine-channel configuration and is optimized to work as part of installed AV systems. This device is THX certified, which guarantees high quality sound in home theaters based on it. The AV receiver is equipped with the latest technologies for sound reproduction from various sources and is very easy to use thanks to a well-thought-out control system.
Product information
Onkyo TX-NR7100 has a high-class audio circuit using the company's dynamic amplification technology (Dynamic Amplification), which works in an extended frequency range. The output stages of the amplifiers are mounted on low-resonance aluminum heat sinks, and the AV receiver's power supply uses a custom transformer.
The Onkyo TX-NR7100 is equipped with decoders for all common surround sound formats, including Dolby Atmos and DTS:X. On the basis of this model, it is possible to build 3D systems in the configuration up to 5.2.4 without the use of external amplifiers. It is also possible to create a virtual surround sound system and using Dolby Atmos Height Virtualizer technologies, correct processing of IMAX content is also provided.
The AV receiver is equipped with seven HDMI inputs and two outputs that support 4K video transmission with Dolby Vision and HDR10 technologies. A 1080p signal input to these inputs can be upscaled to 4K resolution. HDMI inputs 1 to 3 and Main/Sub output support 8K/60p (4:2:0/10-bit). The AV receiver is equipped with a DAC with 32-bit/384 kHz parameters, which ensures accurate signal processing. For additional elimination of low-level signal distortions in the AV receiver, proprietary VLSC technology is provided.
Network functions in the Onkyo TX-NR7100 are built on the basis of a new generation SoC module, remote from the audio circuits to eliminate cross-distortion. The AV receiver supports DTS Play-Fi, Chromecast and FlareConnect technologies, which allows you to use it as part of the corresponding multi-room systems.
Networking is possible via Ethernet or Wi-Fi, and the Onkyo TX-NR7100 is capable of playing 24-bit/129kHz (PCM) and DTS 11.2MHz audio files. For integration into systems with external control, the AV receiver has RS-232, Ethernet interfaces, as well as a control trigger and a socket for an external IR sensor.
