Product information
The Onkyo TX-NR6100 has a seven-channel configuration, its output stages are built on discrete elements and are able to provide a significant current load. This makes the device compatible with speakers with an impedance of 4 ohms. Special technology with zero phase shift ensures transparent sound and a natural soundstage. The Onkyo TX-NR6100 has improved circuitry with reduced power and ground bus lengths and the removal of digital from analog circuitry. A high-quality custom transformer is inserted into the power supply unit of the AV receiver.
The Onkyo TX-NR6100 is equipped with decoders for all major surround sound formats, including Dolby Atmos/DTS:X. Support for the latter is possible in the 5.2.2 configuration, and if desired, the 3D sound system can be implemented using virtual modes Dolby Height Virtualizer and DTS Virtual:X. The device has seven HDMI inputs and two outputs, supporting 8K, Dolby Vision and HDR10 video transmission, HDMI inputs 1 to 3 and the Main/Sub output support 8K/60p (4:2:0/10-bit). Among the inputs for connecting external signal sources, it is possible to note the connector of the built-in phono corrector for the MM-recorder of the vinyl player. The AV receiver is equipped with a DAC with 32-bit / 384 kHz parameters.
This model has the most modern functionality for network streaming (via Ethernet or Wi-Fi), made on the basis of a separate SoC. Onkyo TX-NR6100 can play music from available network devices or online resources. In addition, this model has a built-in Chromecast and Google Assistant, support for multi-room technologies DTS Play-Fi, Sonos and FireConnect. Bluetooth and AirPlay2 are provided for direct connection of mobile gadgets. Onkyo TX-NR6100 also has a USB connector for external drives with music files. The device supports High Resolution audio playback with 24 bit / 192 kHz and DTS 11.2 MHz parameters.
