The sound of the M-80 is very clean and honest. The bottom is dense, deep, with excellent attack - without vagueness and "cottoniness". The middle is open, with the right weight of instruments and voices. The top is calm, without sharpness, but with enough detail to make the stage lively and transparent. This is the type of amplifier that does not embellish the music, but does not make it cold either.
