Automated supply of cleaning solution simplifies the process of cleaning records and significantly reduces the consumption of cleaning solution, which is especially important when cleaning a large volume of records. The supply unit includes two goat hair brushes on a floating base, which compensates for possible minor irregularities of the vinyl. The liquid is supplied directly to the brush by pressing the PUMP button on the front panel of the device. The brush is pressed against the record and then the process of mechanical cleaning with cleaning solution occurs.
After cleaning with a brush (usually it takes 1.5-2 minutes), the liquid is collected together with the clogging using a vacuum collection unit.

Average fluid consumption is: 1000 ml / 150 records

The vinyl washer is designed for long-term and intensive use (in vinyl stores, 10,000+ records are washed on these washers per year)
