Professional vacuum machine for cleaning vinyl records from the Ukrainian manufacturer Myllo Vinyllo.
Automated supply of cleaning solution simplifies the process of cleaning records and significantly reduces the consumption of cleaning solution, which is especially important with a large volume of records being cleaned. The supply unit includes two goat hair brushes on a floating base, which compensates for possible minor irregularities of the vinyl. The liquid is supplied directly to the brush by pressing the PUMP button on the front panel of the device. The brush is pressed against the record and then the process of mechanical cleaning with cleaning solution occurs. After cleaning with a brush (usually it takes 1.5-2 minutes), the liquid is collected together with the clogging using a vacuum collection unit.
Average liquid consumption is: 1000 ml / 150 records
