The English company Monitor Audio presents a new budget series of acoustics called “Monitor 4G”. The Monitor line has speakers with a diffuser made of MMPII material. This material is a mixture of polymer and the finest metal particles. The speakers are equipped with patented MMPII diffusers, which have a matrix structure of controlled material, filled with polymer material by casting under pressure, with low volume and high rigidity. The speaker housing has an internal dual-chamber configuration, which allows for effective separation of the bass and midrange/high-frequency sections to eliminate crosstalk and create optimal intelligence for audiophiles. The partitions that separate the body in the middle also serve to increase its rigidity and dampen the vibration of the walls. The speakers are mounted on spike supports, which are mounted in such a way as to improve stability on any surface. The spikes can be manually adjusted in height for precise alignment of the speakers.
The Monitor Audio Monitor 300 speaker systems are equipped with two phase inverters on the rear panel, equipped with HiVe II technology to ensure even and smooth passage of air flow. The high-frequency vibration in the speakers is also proprietary. It combines the C-CAM dome with aluminum and ceramic coatings to dampen resonances. The dome of the tweeter is black in color, which is the same color as the models in this series.
