Good speakers deserve the right place in the space. The KEF S3 Floor Stand is not just a stand for speakers, but a thoughtful part of the system, designed with and for the R3 Meta. The height, the geometry, the materials - everything here is subordinated to one goal: to make the R3 Meta sound the way KEF intended.
The stands bring the Uni-Q R3 Meta tweeter exactly to the level of the ears of the seated listener. This is not an aesthetic gesture - it is an acoustic necessity. The coaxial driver sounds most accurately from the right height: the stage becomes deeper, the localization of instruments is clearer. A few centimeters make more sense than it seems.
The stand body is made of aluminum - a material that is rigid and at the same time acoustically neutral. No unwanted vibrations, no coloring of the sound from the stand. If desired, the column can be filled with inert filler - sand or shot - for even greater stability and damping.
The built-in cable routing system hides the wires inside the stand. The result is clean, neat, without a single wire on the floor. This is exactly how a serious audio system should look.
The S3 Floor Stand is available in three finish options that exactly match the colors of the R3 Meta: black, white and slate gray. Together they form a single whole — both visually and audibly.
