Unlike conventional speakers, midrange diffuser cones remain rigid, made of magnesium-aluminum alloy, which reduce distortion. The new suspension of the Z-FLEX midrange diffuser smooths the HF transition to the front panel, resulting in undistorted high frequencies. Large voice coils are designed for high power and dynamics, reducing distortion and reproducing exceptional vocals.
The ventilation of the HF diffuser reduces the pressure behind the dome, increasing the level of midrange bandwidth and reducing distortion. The upper registers are articulated with impeccable precision. KEF's tangerine waveguide helps drive high frequencies evenly with a wider angle to fill rooms with complex architecture and custom interiors.
