Orea is not a rubber feet or a marketing gimmick. Inside each isolator is the proprietary IsoAcoustics system, which controls vibration energy and absorbs it within the case, preventing vibrations from being transmitted to your device and vice versa. The upper flange “sticks” to the bottom of the equipment, the lower one to the surface of the rack, and all the work happens inside: quietly, imperceptibly and efficiently.
Each model in the line is designed for a specific weight range - this is how maximum isolation efficiency is achieved. Using an isolator outside its range means losing most of the result. That is why IsoAcoustics offers four load capacity options: from lightweight DACs and streamers to massive power amplifiers. It is recommended to install at least 3 isolators under each component; for heavier equipment - 4.
