Description
Top power amplifier, power 1100 W (8 Ohm, mono), bridge mode, inputs: XLR, RCA, dimensions 430 x 210 x 550 mm, weight 45 kg.
The Hegel H30 power amplifier is the best in its class in the company's catalog, and one of the most advanced on today's High-End audio market. The device is assembled in a massive metal case, and on its front panel there is only a power button, complemented by an indicator LED. Its weight of 45 kg speaks about the solidity of the design. The amplifier has a two-channel layout, while it is designed according to the dual mono principle, right down to the power supply, which has a power of 2000 VA. The power supply contains two toroidal excess power transformers; the filter capacitor capacity is 270 thousand uF, which allows a huge peak current to be delivered to the load, accurately conveying the dynamic range of musical compositions.
Hegel H30 is built using proprietary SoundEngine technology, which has significantly reduced distortion of all types. Selected field-effect transistors are used in the input stages and voltage amplification circuit. At the output of the amplifier, bipolar transistors with ultralinear characteristics are installed, which provide a slew rate of the output signal of up to 56 px. They are rated for an output current of 15 Amps (200 W). In general, the amplifier managed to completely eliminate the so-called “transistor” sound coloration, ensuring airy and smooth playback of music of any genre. The device remains operational when the load resistance is reduced to 1 ohm, and the damping coefficient of this amplifier is more than 1000. This means that there are no complex speakers for the Hegel H30, and the most exotic high-end models will fully reveal their potential when connected to it.
The Hegel H30 amplifier can operate both in two-channel mode and as a monoblock. In this case, no switching is necessary in the device, since it is equipped with three pairs of input jacks (unbalanced RCA and balanced XLR), for left/right stereo channels, or for mono mode. In the latter case, the Hegel H30 operates in fully balanced mode and develops more than 1100 W when connected to 8-ohm speakers.
With the Hegel H30 power amplifiers, you can create an audio system with uncompromising sound quality and complete versatility for all types of music, as well as in the highest class home cinema.
