ClearwayX Sub is built on the ARAY conductor geometry with heavy oxygen-free copper, advanced XLPE insulation and double-layer shielding. ARAY technology is developed from the award-winning Sarum Tuned ARAY and allows the cable to transmit a high level of detail and dynamic information.
One of the most noticeable benefits of ARAY and Tuned ARAY cables is in the bass frequencies: the control and definition they bring is immediately felt. High quality oxygen free copper conductors are XLPE insulated and mechanically stabilized with a PVC jacket. A double layer of heavy foil provides signal shielding.
The cable features Chord VEE 3 RCA connectors with straight silver plating and XLPE insulation between the signal and return contacts. VEE 3 is a small, straight silver plated connector for improved signal transfer. Chord Company's growing line of ChorAlloy™ plated connectors are now available on Chord Company cables - a significant step forward from previous silver plating.
The cable performs well over longer distances and can be the perfect balance of price and performance for any multi-channel system. Standard lengths are 3 and 5 meters, with custom lengths available.
