The Bowers & Wilkins Formation Duo is the first wireless speaker to meet Bowers & Wilkins' most demanding audiophile specifications. They utilize advanced technologies such as a carbon dome tweeter for crystal clear highs, as well as patented, innovative Continuum cones in the woofers and midrange, the same as in the top-of-the-line 800 Series Diamond speakers.
All products of the new Formation series form their own network. Each product in the network dynamically selects the best path for audio data transmission between products to ensure reliable streaming without interruption or interference. The Formation Duo, like all Formation devices, can process signals coming in via a proprietary wireless protocol of up to 24-bit/96 kHz. Duo is equipped with Wi-Fi, AirPlay 2, Spotify Connect, Roon and Bluetooth (with aptX HD support).
