Product information
Absolute elegance
The sleek proportions of the 802 D4 and its beautiful finish, available in either paint or natural wood veneer, make it an elegant companion for your living room, without compromising on sound quality. It's perfect for reference stereo listening and an excellent choice for home theater.
Aerofoil™ for bass
The Aerofoil profile of the bass driver remains an outstanding solution for combining low mass and high rigidity, thanks to the carbon fiber shell and foam core with a variable profile. Now, we've added an anti-resonance cap to reduce distortion and deliver even cleaner bass.
Aluminum plate
Every model in the new 800 Diamond™ Series features a significantly upgraded enclosure with a new aluminum top plate. It provides the perfect mounting for the new Connolly leather finish, with luxurious black leather for dark enclosures and light grey leather for lighter finishes.
Midrange driver with decoupling
Like its floorstanding siblings in the new Series, the 802 D4 has a separate midrange driver that incorporates three key Bowers & Wilkins technologies: the Continuum™ cone, bionic suspension, and decoupling, which ensures minimal interference from the bass drivers.
The science of sound
Innovation is at the heart of everything we do. We ask questions, research, delve deeper, and then evolve. We use computer modeling to study every aspect of the design. Learn more about the technologies that make the 800 Diamond Series so exceptional.
One of our best
The 802 D4 is a special speaker with an exciting blend of sound quality and style, one that others will find hard to compete with. Only one model surpasses it – the flagship 801 D4, which features 250mm (10-inch) bass drivers in a larger enclosure.
