The AudioQuest Tower analog interconnect cable is made using select materials and provides accurate audio transmission with very low distortion.
The cable is equipped with high-quality branded connectors that have gold-plated contact surfaces and provide a reliable and durable connection to the socket. The connectors are installed without the use of soldering, which often serves as an additional source of distortion.
AudioQuest Tower is made on the basis of single-core conductors made of long-crystalline copper of high purity. This metal has an advantage over conventional oxygen-free copper OFC, which is often used in similar cables, due to lower distortion of the transmitted signal. In addition, the single-core design does not create crosstalk that may be present in multi-core conductors.
As a dielectric, AudioQuest Tower uses foamed polyethylene, which has very low losses and practically does not accumulate charge during operation. As a result, the sound remains focused and detailed even with the longest use of the cable. For reliable protection against external electrical interference, AudioQuest Tower uses full shielding of the entire surface.
