IN80 Signature Silver
Description
Stereo amplifier, power 80 W per channel (8 Ohms), 120 W per channel (4 Ohms). Frequency range 5 Hz - 100 kHz, sensitivity 100 mV, input impedance 47 kOhm
Atoll IN80 Signature consists of a 1.5mm metal body with a new brushed aluminum front panel. The top of the device is perforated for better heat dissipation.
The front panel follows the design of the IN300 integrated amplifier.
At its center is a volume potentiometer (with remote control capability). To the right of it there are 2 buttons to select the desired input. On the left, 7 LEDs indicate the selected input.
Atoll IN80 Signature has 5 analog inputs, 1 by-pass input, 1 double preamp output and 1 Tape in/out. There is also a 6.35mm headphone jack on the front panel.
The 5 analog inputs include: Auxiliary input, CD input, Tuner input, DVD input and Tape input
A preamplifier can be connected to the by-pass input. By selecting this input, the integrated circuit becomes a power amplifier.
The dual preamp output allows you to connect the IN80 Signature amplifier to one or two power amplifiers to act as a preamp.
You can also connect the preamp output to a subwoofer
If the maximum power rating is exceeded, the standby indicator flashes red for a few seconds and then the amplifier automatically lowers the volume.
The board is double sided gold/nickel.
The toroidal transformer develops 340 VA! This is due to a capacitance of over 30,000uF!
The amplification is based on fully symmetrical stages with discrete components, and the coupling capacitors are made using MKT technology.
