ARCAM R25 is a bookshelf speaker from the Radia series, designed for a modern home audio system, where compact installation, accurate sound, and neat integration into the interior are important.
The model can be placed on a special stand or on furniture, which makes it a convenient solution for a stereo system, Hi-Fi system in a living room or a separate listening room.
The design uses a 25 mm Deep Ceramic Composite dome tweeter with an acoustic lens and a waveguide. This solution helps to get smooth, natural high frequencies and a wide sound stage even when listening not exactly in the center. The 165 mm Micro Ceramic Composite woofer/midrange driver is responsible for the mid and low frequencies, which works with accuracy, rhythm and rich delivery.
Unlike standard solutions, the ARCAM R25 combines a carefully tuned 2-way crossover, precision speaker frames, internal cabinet amplification and a bass reflex with a port on the rear panel. This helps to preserve the nuances of the music, ensure the coordinated operation of the tweeter and woofer and get an open, dynamic sound character.
