ADAM Audio T10S is a professional active subwoofer belonging to the budget T line, which also includes two models of studio monitors. This subwoofer is an excellent addition to both the above-mentioned monitors and any other speaker system, professional or multimedia. The device allows you to significantly expand the range of low frequencies, create a dense foundation for compositions and control the low-frequency spectrum in detail when mixing musical material.

At the heart of this model is a 10-inch woofer with a 1.5-inch voice coil and a paper dome. This driver is capable of reproducing frequencies from 28 to 120 Hz at -6 dB. The Class D amplifier offers a maximum output power of 130 W, which is more than enough for home use and small studio use. The sound pressure level can reach 104 dB. To customize the sound, there are only a few simple but effective functions. There is a choice of crossover operating mode (80 or 120 Hz), as well as an option to rotate the signal phase by 180 degrees. Finally, there is an active volume control.

The switching capabilities here are represented by standard balanced and unbalanced inputs and outputs made on XLR and RCA connectors, respectively. This allows you to connect not only studio equipment, but also the aforementioned household acoustics. There is also an input for an optional footswitch, represented by a 1/4" Jack TS connector. Using it, you can quickly turn the subwoofer on and off. The case is a durable MDF structure with a slotted bass reflex port located at the back of the case, so it is not recommended to install the subwoofer close to the wall There is also an energy saving mode, which is activated after 15 minutes of inactivity.
